Your team uses visual boards and everyone loves the increased visibility. But you're nowhere near the utopia you read about in the books. From everything you’ve read, you should be finishing projects early by now and finding time for those elusive things like 'keeping the lights on' and innovation. Can’t someone lend a hand?
Many teams hit this same plateau and become stagnant, falling tragically short of the value that can be achieved with a system that thrives on focus and flow. Julia Wester will share tangible steps to transform shallow visual systems into robust ones based on focus, flow and continuous improvement.
Julia brings 17 years of experience working in and managing teams at Turner Broadcasting, F5 Networks and LeanKit. She is passionate about teaching others how to tame the chaos of everyday work by embracing transparency and continuous improvement, as well as explaining why management doesn’t have to be a dirty word.
Julia joined LeanKit in 2015 as an improvement coach. While continuing to serve as a consultant for LeanKit customers, Julia leads LeanKit’s growing customer education practice. She blogs at everydaykanban.com.
