In 2013, Lean Agile Scotland continued the journey to elevate Lean and Agile practices with more keynotes and speakers. 

In 2013, the conference participants heard from thought leaders on subjects like Kanban, Cynefin, Real Options, Lean Change, LeanUX, the Agile technical practices, building teams and much more while also hearing experience reports from those who have transitioned their organisations to a better way of workin over the two day conference.
