About the session

The Agile Manifesto proposes “Customer Collaboration over Contract Negotiation”. Nice idea, but is it wishful thinking? The practicality of managing a commercial client-provider relationship based on goodwill and teamwork, rather than on the traditional risk-mitigating “Terms and Conditions”, is one that’s a hard sell to most businesses. It requires new ways of working. In this session, I’ll take you through how, as a client, we found our way of working; engaging with a traditional agency to successfully deliver a brand new product with no detailed contract or requirements. And still remained friends.
