About the session

An invitation to a change of consciousness through a Menu of Conversation (a concept of the philosopher Theodore Zeldin), where participants are interactively involved in how compassion, gratitude and trust are cornerstones of organisational change. Building on the wisdom of the participants, how can we nurture them - and what becomes possible? This session continues afer the break.

About the speaker(s)

Jose Ramón Diaz

Jose is an enterprise agile coach, change agent and management consultant. He's been working and playing in the software industry since 1999. At present, he's helping people and organisations to improve, to change, through shifting leadership style and the systems thinking approach.
Jose trained in co-active coaching and is always learning about leadership and people. He's an Agile Fluency Model licensed facilitator and Sociocracy Practitioner Level 2.
Jose is a founding member of Spanish agile association, Agile-Spain, and an active member of the Spanish agile community, helping to organise conferences and local meetings. He's also a frequent speaker at Spanish conferences about agile and project management.
