Context driven change

In transformations, there is often insufficient attention to the context or circumstances in which a transformation takes place.

As a result, the cause of many problems is overlooked and we often focus on the visible symptoms. As a result, transformations are often not permanent and only temporarily successful.

During this presentation Erik will discuss the background of context and successful interventions at a context level.
