About the speaker(s)

Hannah Del'Armi

Hannah is a Lead Agile Coach at the Department for Work and Pension (DWP), where she focuses on helping business areas adopt Agile and Lean practices through Systemic Agile Coaching. A relative "newbie" to the civil service, having joined in Feb 2020 a week before lockdown! Before that she spent 14 years working in various digital roles within the private sector in ecommerce, insurance, finance, utilities, tourism and travel .

Proud to be a Civil Servant she is a regular CampMaker for GovCamp North and Delivercon helping to create spaces for Civil Servants and delivery professionals to come together, share experiences and grow their capability.

A mentor for Women in Tech and #IamRemarkable facilitator, Hannah is passionate about building the next generation of female digital talent and works with several charities aiming to break the bias and build awareness of digital opportunities for those from low socio economic backgrounds.

Stephen has had a varied career starting in tech and testing, moving into delivery leadership and then agile coaching. Working in many different industries, consultancy, healthcare, banking, finance, and Gov.

Current Head of Agile Coaching at the Department for Work and Pensions. He loves to coach and help others succeed, values fun, play, creativity and bringing the wider system into the room during coaching. Stephen uses an eclectic, mish mash of frameworks, tools, and techniques to get people and teams improving.

When not at work he adores spending time with his young family. An active member of the Agile community and regular speaker at conferences and meetups, host of the xGov delivery meetup, one day xGov conference Delivercon and founder member of the awesome punk Testing Atelier conferences. Co-organiser of the awesome AgileNE.
