OOPSI (Outcomes–Outputs–Process–Scenarios–Inputs) is a collaborative framework that helps teams break down complex problems, align across UX, product and engineering, and move from ideas to value quickly.

It provides a lightweight structure that strengthens storytelling, clarifies intent and builds shared understanding without heavy process or excessive documentation.

In this participative and hands-on workshop, you’ll experience how OOPSI helps cross-functional teams move from outcomes to concrete outputs, explore process flows, identify important scenarios and create examples that bring behaviour to life. Working together on a familiar online shopping app example, we’ll use collaborative exercises to uncover assumptions, clarify intent and make complexity easier to navigate.

You’ll see how OOPSI bridges communication gaps between disciplines, supports discovery and delivery conversations, and helps teams get started with greater confidence, alignment and focus.
