About the session

Effecting meaningful change and adding value is something most agile practitioners are striving for.

This can often be a battle with existing embedded ideas, a resistance to change and the system as a whole.  Marry this with our own imposter syndrome and inner conflicts and you have a perfect storm.

This is a story of stumbling upon a lesser-known psychology and the profound impact it had on a rethink in attitude, how we see ourselves and the interconnectedness of the systems in which we operate.

Participant takeaways:

  • Understand when you’re in a flow state
  • A perspective on Adlerian psychology and how it resonated
  • An overview of motivational maps and how they help you understand what motivates you
  • How to bring it all together through an exploration of the living system principles

Themes:

Flow, Psychology, Behaviour Economics, Mindfulness, Change, Emotions, Personal Productivity.
