When applied well, OKR (Objectives and Key Results) can be a powerful way to create true strategic alignment in an organisation, not only vertically but also horizontally.

In this talk Cansel wants to share a story of how a creative idea was created and implemented, that could have not been possible, without customer centric and outcome-focussed OKRs that enabled a cross-departmental collaboration and company wide strategic alignment.
