About the session
In this session, Birgit, Matthew and Gareth explore how to establish habits that work. This includes looking at some of the theory behind forming and changing habits, how the Scrum pillars can help with this, as well as investigating why some habits don't work for everyone.
Through learning, reflection and small group exercises, they’ll look back on when establishing a habit may not have worked for us in the past and how we can improve experience and outcomes for ourselves and our teams.
Note: this session runs for 120 minutes + 30 minutes for afternoon break.
