About the session

One of the Agile Manifesto's most disregarded principles is one of the most important: simplicity - the art of optimising the amount of work not done.
Simplicity seems simple enough, but in reality it’s as complicated as the work we’re so often asked to deliver on - work that may ultimately not be worth doing. This session explores the complexities of simplicity, provides low-effort tactical approaches to preventing waste in product development and attempts to codify teams' needs in order to execute.
