About the session
Professional coaching helps people to find their own solutions, rather than being taught based on another’s experience.
A coaching culture blossoms when a coaching approach is taken within each and every relationship.
We will explore evidence for such a culture being an important medium for growing agility, before looking at how to strengthen its roots. You’ll learn and practice tools for coaching individuals, leaders and teams, allowing the seeds of a coaching culture to be planted in your organisation.

- Understand what 1:1 coaching is, how to strengthen it, and how you could get started with this.
- Understand what a coaching leadership style looks like, and have reflected on what it means for you.
- Understand the importance of team coaching, and be aware of how to get started with peer-to-peer coaching.
