Pursuing lagom: how to make the right decisions for your context

Many decisions are incorrectly presented as binary, having a right or wrong choice. Most decisions have a spectrum of possible choices - you have to decide which is best for your context. In this session, we'll work through the concept of lagom (or just right), how contextual finding lagom is - and guiding steps to take to make the best decision possible with the information you have. We’ll also discuss how to get to, and stay in, your lagom zone once identified.
