About the session
The most successful agile teams celebrate successes and improve continuously. However, some teams or individuals are uncomfortable with celebrating their own successes.
Others regularly identify problems but struggle with implementing actionable improvements.
Personal, cultural and organisational circumstances can exacerbate these issues. Longer-term, the team’s motivation and confidence to experiment and innovate suffer.
In this immersive workshop, we will learn how to use two Liberating Structures to find relevant and actionable improvement items, and share successes and increase trust and appreciation within a team.
Participant takeaways:
Using Liberating Structures to revitalise teams and gamify mindset changes:
- build from your existing mindset towards one that is more solution- than problem-oriented.
- Identify and acknowledge your successes and build on the conditions that created the success.
Themes:
Celebrating Successes, Continuous Improvement, Culture, Dysfunctions of a Team, Facilitation, Gamification, Liberating Structures, Psychological Safety, Retrospectives, Soft Skills.
