About the session
The world is a complex system of interconnected parts that interact in intricate ways, and understanding it requires more than just reductionist thinking.
I’m on a mission to learn as much as possible about Systems Thinking and help Skyscanner adopt the tools and concepts.
In this case study, I will provide an introduction to systems thinking, a workshop structure which applies it to build effective squads and tribes and background on how we have started to scale the application of systems thinking.
I’ll explain how I’ve fitted key tools together, including the Integral model, the Iceberg model and Current Reality Trees.
Themes:
Systems Thinking, Integral Model, Workshop, Transformation, Coaching.
