About the session
Ever tried telling 1600 Herring Gulls to stop eating chips?
NatureScot is responsible for protecting and restoring Scotland’s nature. When gulls were removed from the general licence, NatureScot had a challenge – a massive increase in individual licence applications to assess. A digital solution was needed, and quickly!
Supported by Calba, NatureScot quickly learned agile and used collaboration, prioritisation, and creative thinking to deliver a successful solution.
Come and hear about the species licensing work NatureScot does and their agile journey, so far!
