About the session

How does a team define direction? Do they always have the bigger picture in mind when making decisions? Or do they make smaller short-term improvements that end up veering away from the long-term goal? We decided to experiment with OKRs (objectives and key results) for a year and see if they could really help us: focus on where we wanted to go, measure our progression towards our goals, and help us question certain actions. I would like to share our journey, bad and good; and tell you about how it made the team more transparent and how stakeholders became more engaged with the work we were doing. This session will provide an insight and tips on how your team can benefit from OKRs, particularly if you think your team could do with more focus, direction and a framework for creating value-driven teams.
