If you’re feeling suspicious that what is being said about inclusion and diversity right now, is not sufficient for improving actual, human-to-human relationships - messy interactions, real-life challenges, and all - then this might be for you.

Sohini will give you a map for getting into the gritty and deep issues that impact how we interact with each other. A map that can help you find your way to truly seeing, hearing, and appreciating every member of your team.
